What condition must the item be in?

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

• Items showing wear or damage may not qualify for return or exchange.

• Will the Bag Open Too Easily ?

No. The magnetic design for the weapon's compartment is strong and sturdy. The user must give an aggressive tug or pull in order to open the weapon's compartment. With that being said, the more weight a user puts into the front of the bag the easier it is to open. It is important to be very aware of your firearm at all times as it is when conceal carrying in your waistband.

How do exchanges work?

• Same-price exchange? We’ll send a return label and ship your replacement once we receive the original.

• Different-price item? Return the original and place a new order. We’ll still cover return shipping.

How long does processing take?

• Returns/exchanges are logged within 2–4 business days.

• You’ll get a confirmation email once your request is in progress.

• Processing and replacements may take up to 2 weeks after entry.

How about refunds?
