Returns and exchange

Before Sending a Return or Exchange, Please Keep the Following in Mind:


Product Condition Guidelines:

Items must be in brand-new condition—unused, unworn, and with all original tags or labels still attached.

If an item shows signs of wear, damage, or excessive handling, we may not be able to approve the return or exchange.


Exchange Policy:

For exchanges involving the same item or a similar one of equal value, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive the original item, your replacement will be shipped.

If you’d like to exchange for a different item with a price difference, you’ll need to return the original and place a new order separately. We’ll still cover the return shipping for the original item.


Processing & Timeline:

Returns and exchanges typically take 2–4 business days to be logged into our system.

Once your return or exchange is recorded, you’ll receive an email confirming that your request is in progress.

Refunds will only generate a notification once the refund is issued or if we need more details from you.

After being entered into the system, processing your return or exchange (including replacement shipping, if needed) may take up to 14 business days.


Order Cancellations:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, email us at HELP@StealthCarryshop.com and we’ll be happy to help.
