Returns and exchange
Before Sending a Return or Exchange, Please Keep the Following in Mind:
Product Condition Guidelines:
• Items must be in brand-new condition—unused, unworn, and with all original tags or labels still attached.
• If an item shows signs of wear, damage, or excessive handling, we may not be able to approve the return or exchange.
Exchange Policy:
• For exchanges involving the same item or a similar one of equal value, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive the original item, your replacement will be shipped.
• If you’d like to exchange for a different item with a price difference, you’ll need to return the original and place a new order separately. We’ll still cover the return shipping for the original item.
Processing & Timeline:
• Returns and exchanges typically take 2–4 business days to be logged into our system.
• Once your return or exchange is recorded, you’ll receive an email confirming that your request is in progress.
• Refunds will only generate a notification once the refund is issued or if we need more details from you.
• After being entered into the system, processing your return or exchange (including replacement shipping, if needed) may take up to 14 business days.
Order Cancellations:
• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, email us at HELP@StealthCarryshop.com and we’ll be happy to help.
