Custom-Built Holsters:

Each holster is handcrafted after your order is placed. Please allow 5–7 business days for production. If your holster is designed to accommodate a light attachment, please expect an additional 5 business days for processing time.

• Estimated Delivery Time:

As soon as your item is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery typically takes about 4–5 business days.

• Order Tracking:

When your order is ready to go, we’ll send you an email with tracking details. You can monitor the progress through UPS/USPS or by visiting the “Track Your Order” page on our website.

• Orders Without Holsters:

Even if your purchase does not include a holster, please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

• Our Return Promise:

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund of the product price. We’ll cover return shipping by providing a prepaid label, making the return process quick and hassle-free.
